Kim Bass
Founder & Head of Construction
Kim is a Houston native with a degree in Industrial Engineering and over 9 years of experience in project management. She's the kind of person who believes if you're going to do something, you do it right — and you'll find her proving that on every job site. From breaking ground to final walkthrough, Kim loves being hands-on, collaborating with her team and fostering the kind of communication that keeps everyone working efficiently and enjoying the process. She has a passion for planning and watching something grow from nothing into something real. She oversees the aesthetic vision of every Hestia home — ensuring that design decisions are both beautiful and built to last, inside and out.
Fun fact: When she's not building homes, Kim is homesteading — tending her garden, looking after her flock of chickens and dogs, and cooking up a yummy meal for her family.
Cody Bass
CFO & Investment Manager
Cody is originally from Oklahoma and brings a unique perspective to Hestia Homes — a BS in Petroleum Engineering and an MBA that together shaped a sharp, strategic mind. As CFO & Investment Manager, he oversees the financial health and growth strategy of the company, ensuring every project is as sound on paper as it is in person. His forward-thinking approach is what keeps Hestia growing.
Fun fact: When he's not crunching numbers, Cody is listening to podcasts and books, always exercising his mind — and on weekends, he enjoys getting outside and tackling yard work.
